The second president of the Republic of Armenia, the leader of the “Armenia” bloc, Robert Kocharyan, has submitted a claim to the Administrative Court against the Central Electoral Commission.
Robert Kocharyan disputes the CEC decision with a lawsuit. Apparently, we are talking about the decision of the CEC on June 17 to initiate criminal prosecution against Robert Kocharyan. The lawsuit was entered into the court yesterday evening and signed by judge Grigor Arakelyan. There is still no decision to accept the lawsuit.
