According to IRNA, in a message addressed to the President of the Venezuelan Red Cross, the President of the Iranian Red Crescent, Pir-Hossein Kollivand, expressed his condolences to the families of the victims and expressed his solidarity with the Venezuelan people and emergency responders.
Kollivand noted that the Iranian Red Crescent stands by the Venezuelan people in difficult conditions and is fully ready to send rescue and medical teams to the affected areas if necessary.
