Awsard Province, June 24, 2026 (SPS) – The President of the Republic and the Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Ibrahim Ghali, delivered today, Wednesday, at the conclusion of the National Symposium on National Administration, a guiding speech in which he drew a future road map for reforming and strengthening the National Administration.
The President of the Republic stressed the search for more effective mechanisms to upgrade the national administration, and to stand with all courage and responsibility on the existing violations and address them without delay.
“The primary goal of upgrading the administration is to devote legalization and transparency to serving the Sahrawi citizen in a clean, just, and impartial manner,” stressing that the real administration today needs more decisive measures to completely put an end to all negative manifestations.
With regard to digital security and administration confidentiality, President Ibrahim Ghali issued a strong warning regarding the security aspect of the administration, insisting on the necessity of completely avoiding dealing with social media in managing administrative affairs, in order to preserve the absolute confidentiality of documents and secure the administration from any hacking or leaking.
In the context of addressing the challenges that this sector must confront, the President referred to the reproductive policy as a strategic national priority linked to existence and self, and a strategic goal sacred to the Sahrawi people, calling on the administration to harmonize its plans to encourage and support this vital trend in the battle for liberation and construction.
Ibrahim Ghali also stressed that “permanence of will in administration” is the main driver of continuity, considering that volunteerism and commitment are among the principles that the framework and the activist in general must have, and adhere to before God and conscience, so that his ultimate goal is dedication to serving the Sahrawi citizen and preserving his dignity.
The President of the Republic concluded his speech by appreciating the efforts made during the symposium, calling on the executives and managers to translate these directives and recommendations into a tangible reality that reflects the prestige of the Sahrawi state and the aspirations of its people for freedom and independence (SAS).
