Auserd Wilaya, June 23, 2026 (SPS) – The proceedings of the National Administration Conference, named the “Martyr Salek Said El-Jilali Conference,” were launched today in Auserd Wilaya under the slogan: “50 Years of Sahrawi Administration in the Service of the Liberation and Nation-Building Struggle.”
The event is attended by members of the National Secretariat, the government, and officials from various national institutions.
In his opening address, the Minister of Personnel and Public Service, Salek Baba Hassena, emphasized that the Sahrawi administrative experience, which began 50 years ago through individual efforts and with very limited resources, has today evolved into specialized institutions equipped with qualified professionals and modern means.
Over the course of two days, the conference will discuss the obstacles and challenges that may hinder the work of administrative managers and explore ways to overcome these difficulties in order to ensure continuous service and support for citizens.
It will also examine opportunities to enhance and develop administrative and managerial tools and improve their effectiveness in line with the requirements of the current stage.
