She announced Bar Associationheaded by Dr. Abdel Halim Allam, President of the Bar Syndicate – President of the Arab Lawyers Union, announced the opening of registration for lawyers to participate in the first training course on remote litigation systems and electronic applications developed in criminal courts.
The course is organized by the Ministry of Justice, in cooperation with the Bar Association and the Ministry of Communications, next Wednesday, June 24, at the Ministry of Justice’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital, as part of preparations for activating the provisions of the new Criminal Procedure Code and the digital transformation of the justice system.
The course aims to train lawyers on the use of remote litigation systems, registration procedures with the electronic lawyers’ attendance system, inquiring about court decisions through the criminal case management platform, in addition to training on the remote document submission system and techniques for converting audio pleadings into written texts.
The course aims to involve the largest number of lawyers, and similar courses will later be organized in various governorates of the Republic, to ensure the effective application of modern electronic systems and the achievement of timely justice.
To make it easier for lawyers, the Bar Association provided a bus to move from in front of the General Association headquarters at nine o’clock in the morning on the day of the session, while attendance at the Ministry of Justice headquarters begins at eleven o’clock in the morning. Those wishing to participate must quickly register their names with the secretariat of the President of the Bar Association, Dr. Abdel Halim Allam, at the headquarters of the General Syndicate in Ramses.
The President of the Bar Association appointed Dr. Abu Bakr Dawa, Assistant Secretary-General of the Association, to coordinate with the Assistant Minister of Justice and supervise the session.
