The Court of Courts has condemned a six months of probation the temporary worker judged to have uttered racist insults against one work colleague of Peruvian origin. The sentence, notified this Tuesday, also prohibits entering into contact with the victim for four years and establishes a period of suspension of the sentence for the same term.

Among the insults that were the subject of the procedure were expressions such as “shit sweatshirt” and other derogatory comments related to the victim’s origin.
During the trial, the Peruvian worker ratified the complaint and assured that the insults occurred repeatedly. For his part, the accused denied having maintained a racist attitude and attributed the conflicts to labor discrepancies.
