A total of 96 people opt for affordable rental housing located on Calle Roureda de Sansa in Andorra la Vellaaccording to an edict published this morning in BOPA by the National Housing Institute (INH). It is a single floor that has remained available in the public housing stock and which will be awarded among the people registered in the register of affordable housing applicants until June 10. “The list will be lowered considerably with the 44 floors of Borda Nova I that we gave today to the Housing Institute“, assessed the minister spokesperson, Guillem Casalin a subsequent press conference council of ministers.
The house is located at number 8 of Carrer Roureda de Sansa and has one double bedroom, a complete bathroom, kitchen and dining room. has one built surface of 58.28 square meters and an affordable initial price of 623.67 euros per month. The flat has an associated storage room of 3.11 square meters with an income of 32.40 euros per month, so the total amount amounts to 656.07 euros.
The property has undergone a comprehensive reform and is empty of furniture. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven and extractor hood. The building, however, does not have an elevator. The competition period for applicants will be open from June 17 to July 2.
The INH reminds that the final income that the successful tenderer will have to pay will depend on his economic capacity. In cases where 30% of the income of the cohabitation unit is higher than the initial affordable price, the rent can be increased up to this amount, always with the limit of not exceeding the market price minus 25%. Likewise, families that meet the requirements can opt for rent subsidies to reduce the financial effort allocated to housing.
