Smara Wilaya, June 12, 2026 (SPS) – The educational staff of the National Simón Bolívar Secondary School organized a farewell tribute ceremony to honor and recognize the efforts of the Cuban educational mission working at the institution on the occasion of the end of the academic year.
The event was attended by the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Education Vocational Training, along with the school’s administrative and teaching staff, a number of local popular council presidents, and members of the educational team, including mothers of the students.
The ceremony was held as an expression of appreciation and gratitude for the significant efforts made by the members of the Cuban mission in educating, supervising, and supporting Sahrawi students throughout the academic year, reflecting the deep bonds of brotherhood and solidarity that unite the Sahrawi and Cuban peoples.
