A Spaniard Marc Marquez won the World Championship race in the motoGP class in Brno and brought Ducati another win of the season. Second place was won by a Japanese Ai Ogura with Trackhouse Aprilia, third was the Italian Francesco BagnaiaDucati’s other factory racer.
The outcome at the top was similar to Saturday’s sprint, only the order was slightly mixed up. The decisive moment came after two-thirds of the race. Until then, Bagnaio was leading, in the 16th lap he was first overtaken by Marquez, and two laps later by Ogura, who repeated Saturday’s success with second place.
Overall leader Marco Bezzecchi had a weekend to forget in Brno. He retired in the sprint and was then banned from the race for unsportsmanlike conduct when he hit a security guard who was trying to remove his bike.
