The number of judicial staff in 2025 is 36five less than the previous year, according to the report published this Monday by Department of Statistics. Of these, 21 are women and 15 are menwhich “reflects a gender distribution of 40%-60% in favor of women”, according to Statistics.
Regarding the typology of judicial figures, the body is made up of 13 magistrates, 15 judges and 8 prosecutorsdistributed among the various bodies that make up the judicial system of Andorra. Within the Superior Court of Justice there is 9 magistrateswhile the Tribunal de Corts has 4. At the Batllia there is 15 battles and to there are 8 prosecutors in the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
