Four assignments until 31 January 2027 Services, corporate law, consumer electronic communications and competition are the areas to be covered
From San Marino information – The Congress of State has entrusted four professionals with consultancy and collaboration roles aimed at preparing and adapting the San Marino regulatory framework to the European Union acquis, with particular reference to the matters contained in some Annexes of the Association Agreement. The positions, authorized with the resolution of the State Congress of 8 September, will expire on 31 January 2027 and will involve a total expense of 155 thousand euros.
The decision, we read in the resolution, arises from the need to make use of “qualified technical-professional supports”, considering “the breadth, complexity and technical specificity of the provisions to be implemented”, in addition to the need to respect the deadlines set by the Agreement and guarantee “punctual regulatory alignment compliant with the required standards”.
