To draw means to speak without words, to put feelings and dreams on paper, to draw means to dream… I had this feeling on June 6, Albert and Tov. From the exhibition titled “The Magic of Fairy Tales in the World of Colors” by the students of “Ghazaryan” art studio held in the Boyajyan exhibition hall.
The students of the studio presented new works with their imagination and ideas. The heroes of the fairy tale had a new color, meaning and beauty. Over the years, students at the studio have acquired many skills. The fairy tales illustrated and authored by children with their imagination were interesting: Arpi Karapetyan’s “Unknown Planet”, Sofya Poghosyan’s “Sleeping Ghost”, Sofi Zakaryan’s “The Mane and the Rabbit”, and Irina Mamikonyan illustrated Atabek Khnkoyan’s famous fairy tale “The Gathering of Mice” with her unique interpretation. The children appeared in masks at the exhibition. according to the title, made the event fabulous.
Students’ bright colored nature scenes, love for flowers and animals, specially illustrated umbrellas, interesting compositions also stood out.
I should also mention that the students of the studio often have meetings with modern famous artists, who contribute to the formation of children’s taste and the development of drawing abilities with their useful advice. They participate in various educational programs, learn about fine art news, visit museums, learn about the lives and works of famous artists.
In different years, the students of the studio took part in the “Minora” cultural center, “Bemrevst” republican, “Arevordiner” international environmental, and “Art Music” international art competition-festivals. Victoria Emeksuzyan, Roza Khachatryan presented their beautiful works at the “Hero of My Fairy Tale” drawing competition of the City Center of Children’s Creativity of Yerevan.
At the international art competition held in France in 2024, studio student Arianna Movsisyan was awarded a first-class diploma. For the purpose of regular international training, in October 2025, the founding director and team leader of the studio Lusine Ghazaryan went to Austria. L. Ghazaryan’s goal is to develop high taste, correct aesthetic perception, most importantly, high human virtues in children, as well as to appreciate the origins of national culture.
The studio works on the principle “Art does not recognize nationality”, where you can meet children of different nationalities, who are united by one thing, love for life, beauty and kindness. The event was concluded by receiving certificates of thanks from the students of the studio.
Let’s wait for the new successes of the students of “Ghazaryan” painting studio.
