Thursday’s flights between Copenhagen and Nuuk will not be carried out. Travelers to Copenhagen must find accommodation in Nuuk themselves due to limited hotel capacity, according to Air Greenland.
Air Greenland states that due to technical conditions on the transatlantic flight “Tuukkaq”, the company has had to cancel today’s flights GL781 and GL782 between Copenhagen and Nuuk.
Air Greenland says that the affected travelers have been informed and will continuously receive a new itinerary.
The passengers will instead fly with Wamos, an A330-200, tomorrow, Friday.
Travelers must find accommodation themselves
Air Greenland also points out that travelers going via Nuuk to Copenhagen have been informed that they must find accommodation themselves.
– This is because the hotel capacity in Nuuk is currently very limited. This situation is beyond Air Greenland’s control, writes Air Greenland.
