At the fourth edition of the International Swimming Meeting “Trebišnjica Cup 2026”, in which more than 250 competitors from 25 clubs took part, the competitors of the Flipper Swimming Club from Sarajevo achieved a great result, winning a total of 18 medals.
Of that number, six are gold, five silver and seven bronze. About 430 male and female swimmers from five countries, Germany, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, took part in this strong international competition, which further confirms the quality and competition of the meeting.
Flipper performed with 15 competitors, who showed excellent form and continued the continuity of good results from the previous period.
The competitors were accompanied to Trebinje by coach Ajdin Bektaš, who expressed his satisfaction with the performance of his swimmers.
“I am satisfied with the performance of the young swimmers who in Trebinje confirmed their quality from the recently held State Summer National Championship of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo. I am happy with the constant progression and we rightly expect good results in the rest of the season. The next competition is in Mostar”, said Bektaš.
The club congratulated all the swimmers on the achieved results and worthy presentation of Flipper at this international meeting.
