Among the list of goods to be auctioned, a lot of land in ZihuatanejoGuerrero, with a base sales price of 465 million 200 thousand pesos and the 24 urban land located in Costa Women, Quintana Roowith a value of almost 500 million pesos.
Also noteworthy are a lot of properties located in Tlajomulco, Jalisco, for 134 million 413 thousand pesos; and another located in Zapopan, Jalisco, valued at 13.8 million pesos.
Indep reports that in closed-bid auctions, participants who bid for the same property do not know the bids of the other competitors until the envelopes are opened in a public event and visible to all, and that once the bids are opened and recorded, the highest bid is declared the winner of the property.
The envelopes for this auction will be received on May 28 and interested parties may attend in person or with their legal representation to present the proposals.
The opening of the envelopes will begin at 12:00 hours and will be transmitted on the official Indep channel in YouTube.
