Tomorrow, the Zarqa Municipality will organize an awareness symposium, “Do not choose this path,” under the auspices of the Chairman of the Zarqa Municipality Committee, Engineer Khaled Al-Khashman, in conjunction with World No Tobacco Day. The symposium is supervised by the Department of Neighborhoods, Awareness, and Communication Committees in the municipality, in cooperation with the King Hussein Cancer Foundation. Thus, the symposium will be held in the Zarqa Municipality Market – the Local Development Unit at 11:30 a.m.
The symposium aims to raise awareness of the dangers of smoking and its health harms, and to encourage community members to follow healthy, smoke-free lifestyles.
