EL TIEMPO investigated and established that it is Keymet Andrey Piravagüen Murillo, 25, who had already been captured in June 2020 for the crime of aggravated robbery. Piravagüen Murillo has three convictions for the crime of aggravated theft and another for aggravated theft.
