The Uzhgorod City and District Court found the head of the Uzhgorod RTCC and JV guilty of obstructing the activities of the representative of the ombudsman, Dmytro Lubinets.

Details: The Ombudsman stated a systemic problem where his regional representatives in various areas are prevented from working during monitoring visits. In particular, it is about not being allowed to enter the premises, not providing information, attempts to block visits, in particular by individual TCCs and joint ventures.

Details: Lubinets noted that for the future he will keep under personal control every case of obstruction of his activities as an authorized representative or his representatives. All such situations will receive a legal evaluation, he promised.
At the same time, Lubinets did not specify what punishment the court imposed on the head of the Uzhhorod RTCC and the SP.
What preceded: On April 4, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, after the monitoring of the Uzhhorod RTCC and SP by his representative reported illegal housing, unsanitary conditions and ignoring diseases in the premises of the center.
