The injured girl received medical assistance

In Kyiv, an 18-year-old girl fell into an unfenced pit that utility workers used to repair water pipes.
She injured her leg reported in the Kyiv police.
Law enforcement officers learned about the incident from social networks. They established that the emergency crew of the KP “Kyivteploenergo” was working on Ivasyuk Avenue in the Obolonsky District. There, a cold water supply pipe burst, which was repaired by utility workers.
A girl was passing by who fell into a pit filled with water and injured her leg. The wounded were given medical aid.
As a result of the incident, the police opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of Article 172 of the Criminal Code – violation of safety rules during the performance of work with increased risk.
Earlier in Kyiv, in a pit with boiling water, which was formed due to a burst pipe, fell 16-year-old girl. She received 75% burns on her body. Later, a girl evacuated for treatment in Germany, and later from the injuries she received died.
Law enforcement officers detained an official of “Kyivteploenergo”.
