A few years ago, there was an idea in Ukraine that IT is a win-win option for choosing a profession. For example, an Haitian can always find a job with a high salary, usually in foreign currency.
However, recently this perception has been shaken. With the introduction of artificial intelligence, the demand for AI began to decrease. It is becoming more and more difficult for new professionals to enter the industry and get their first work experience, and without this experience, their resumes are not even considered. In Ukraine, this global trend is exacerbated by the consequences of the great war.
