The English Premier League revealed the schedule of matches for the new season 2026-2027.
The English Premier League season will open on August 21, 2026, with defending champions Arsenal hosting Coventry City.
The opening round will take place over 4 days, starting on August 21 and ending on August 24.
In the first round, Manchester United will host Hull City on August 22nd, and the next day Newcastle United will host Liverpool, while Manchester City will face Bournemouth on the same day, and the round will conclude on August 24th with a match between Fulham and its guest Chelsea.

Manchester United will face its neighbor Manchester City in the derby match during the fourth round, and Manchester City will host Liverpool in the sixth round.
In the ninth round, at Anfield, Liverpool will face Arsenal, while Chelsea will host Manchester United in the same round.
The Emirates Stadium will host a strong match in round 16 that will bring together Arsenal against Manchester United, and in the same round Liverpool will play against Tottenham and Chelsea will play against Aston Villa.
