The 17-year-old prisoner who had it was located and arrested escape on Friday evening from the detention centers of the Omorfitas Police Station.
According to her Policethe minor surrendered to a Police Station in Nicosia and was arrested on an outstanding warrant against him and taken into custody.
It is recalled that it was a 17-year-old from Syria, who was in custody for an investigated case of theft from a person and illegal possession of property.
A Crisis Management Center was set up for the incident and a manhunt was launched to locate and recapture him.
