Phnom Penh authorities have issued a series of maps showing designated public parking areas for the Nokor Sankranta event, which takes place from April 14 to 19.
To ensure the event runs smoothly and to maintain security, safety, public order, and to reduce traffic congestion around event venues, authorities have arranged several designated parking areas for participants attending the Nokor Sankranta celebration. These parking sites are located at five main locations:
1. Preah Norodom Primary School parking area
2. Sokha Plaza (T.3) private parking area
3. Preah Sisowath High School parking area
4. Phnom Daun Penh Primary School parking area
5. Chattomuk Secondary School parking area
The Nokor Sankranta events in Phnom Penh will be held across six main locations:
1. Wat Phnom Historical Site
2. Dragon Bridge Park
3. Botum Vatei Park
4. Bassac Lane area
5. Chaktomuk Pedestrian Street (Walk Street)
6. Street 155 and the Tuol Tompoung Market area
