A total of three have been remanded in custody for the case illegal subsidies of OPEKEPE allegedly granted through false statements the period 2019-2024.
Overall 12 defendants from Kozani and Agrinio appeared in the morning before the European investigator, in order to give explanations for their involvement in the case.
Two employees of KYD (Declaration Reception Centers) and a producer were temporarily detained, while nine other defendants were released with restrictive conditions. On a case-by-case basis, they were banned from leaving the country, as well as a monetary guarantee ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 euros.
