MoFA Union Minister receives delegation led by Qatar’s Former Deputy PM & Defence Minister

Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Tin Maung Swe received the delegation led by Dr Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, Former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs of the State of Qatar, yesterday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
They discussed expanding bilateral economic cooperation between Myanmar and Qatar, focusing on investment in Myanmar’s agriculture, mining, electricity and energy sectors.
Also present at the meeting were Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs U Naing Min Kyaw and senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. — MNA
