The 2026 Hajj Pilgrimage Evaluation Committee invited travel companies to submit a tender to provide Hajj pilgrimage services.
The Committee invited travel companies that are established in accordance with the Myanmar Companies Law and its regulations, and that have obtained recognition (Mu’assasah licence) from the Saudi Arabian Embassy to Myanmar, to submit tenders to coordinate Hajj services for 350 pilgrims.
Tender form and bid documents are available at the Yangon Region Religious Affairs Office located on Kaba Aye Pagoda Road, Mayangon Township, Yangon at 09 2038563 and the Islamic Religious Affairs Council Myanmar located at 184, 3rd Floor, Bo Sun Pak Road, Pabedan Township, Yangon at 01 388146 from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm between 1 and 3 May.
Completed tender forms must be sealed and submitted to the Yangon Region Religious Affairs Office located on Kaba Aye Pagoda Road, Mayangon Township, Yangon, at noon on 4 May.
The tenders will be opened and evaluated in the presence of bidders at 2 pm on 4 May at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Yangon Branch), located on Kaba Aye Pagoda Road, Mayangon Township, Yangon. The successful bidder will be confirmed at that time.
The committee will make the final decision. Late submission or application that do not meet the specified requirements will not be considered, the committee stated. — NN/KK
