THE St Vincent and the Grenadines Cadet Force (SVGCF), despite being able to play a significant role in shaping discipline, leadership and national service among young people, has lost some of its connection with youths.
This is the opinion of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Security, Disaster Management and Immigration St. Clair Leacock who insisted last week during an interview in Barrouallie that the importance of the SVGCF can be restored with the right approach.
