Four men who attacked a 43-year-old man yesterday in Novi Zagreb and stuffed him into the trunk of a car were arrested, the Zagreb police report.
– On Thursday, June 4, around 4:25 p.m., in Prekratova street, four unknown perpetrators committed criminal acts of unlawful collection in an attempt and unlawful deprivation of liberty, and it will be determined which of them caused serious physical injuries to the 43-year-old.
The suspects were arrested and taken to the official premises for criminal investigation, where it was determined that they are persons aged 19, 28, 29 and 43, it was announced.

– They beat him and dragged him to the car where the driver was waiting. He shouted: “Help, help!”, and I think a passer-by wrote down the license plates and immediately informed the police of the direction in which they had gone. Sirens were quickly heard in that part of Novi Zagreb, the witness told 24sata.
According to unofficial information, the kidnappers were caught two kilometers away, in the settlement of Trokut, which is only a five-minute drive from the place of the kidnapping.
