Each of us has our own traditions. But when you live and work in a huge metropolis, far from your homeland, familiar holidays take on a new value.
Since 2023, Aslisho Akimbekov and his partner Marianna Martirosyan have become producers of the project – a large-scale gala concert in honor of Navruz in Moscow. Together they began to create a space in Moscow where spring begins not according to the calendar, but from the first note of the native melody. In just a few years, these concerts have evolved from ordinary musical evenings into a real cultural phenomenon: a day for which people are willing to cross borders and time zones.
Scale in detail
The BAZM team, led by Aslisho Akimbekov, whose professional path in the big events industry began back in 2016, today takes on projects of any level: from large-scale stadium shows to private celebrations and weddings, where every detail is important.
And this many years of experience is felt in everything. The scale of Nowruz begins long before the first artist appears on stage: even at the preparation stage, more than 700 people continuously built the site for 13 hours, building the stage, setting up the lighting and complex sound systems.

Tradition of trust
It’s exciting to watch this event grow. In 2023, about 4.5 thousand people gathered at VK Stadium. In 2025, the number of guests increased to 6,500, and in 2026 the scale reached 8 thousand spectators. But the most valuable thing here is not numbers, but trust.

This season, the organizers took an unusual step: they presented the concert participants only through their silhouettes. The names remained a mystery until the last minute, but tickets were still sold out in advance.

This speaks to a level of trust that is rare in our time, because people went not just to a specific name, but to the very atmosphere and quality that the agency guarantees. The geography of the guests is impressive: Moscow, regions of Russia, countries of Central Asia. Some travel by train, others fly by plane, just to be among their own people for a few hours.

Heroes of the scene
Every year the program becomes a kind of bridge between generations and countries. BAZM manages to gather on one stage those whom we have been listening to for decades, and those who are just beginning to win hearts:
2023: It was a strong start at VK Stadium, where the legendary Daler Nazarov and Nigina Amonkulova set the tone. Safarmuhammad, Corleone and Zhasurbek Mavlonov performed on stage with them.

2025: The first concert at the large-scale Live Arena. Again, magic from Daler Nazarov and the Shams group, as well as bright performances by Madina Aknazarova and Farrukh Khasanov.

2026: Parviz Nazarov, Shabnami Surayyo and Jonibek Murodov took the stage and confirmed the status of the event as the most significant Tajik concert in Russia. The goal was ambitious, namely: to make a show worthy of the Russian Book of Records.

Professionalism in detail
Behind the external ease of the holiday there is a huge amount of work. A team of Meyer Sound sound engineers worked to ensure that every sound in the eight-thousand-capacity hall reached the heart.
A professional video production company, which creates content for the main TV channels in Russia, was responsible for the visual part and video production.
But all this technique is needed only so that the viewer can relax and feel the purity of each chord.

The BAZM team also took care of the audience and thought through everything to the smallest detail:
- For convenience, we launched free shuttles from the metro to the site so that no one wastes energy on the road.
- The high level of organization allowed whole families to come (from grandchildren to grandfathers). The atmosphere remained calm and truly family-like.
- On the eve of the concert, a competition was launched for everyone with the opportunity to attend a Meet & Greet to personally communicate with their idols and thank them for their music.

The art of being together
The uniqueness of this year’s concert is that it was held entirely without the participation of sponsors. This was an independent initiative by Aslisho Akimbekov and his team, aimed at raising the quality bar for national events to new heights.
This is an attempt to show that a holiday can be modern, stylish and technologically advanced without losing its soul.

For many, Navruz in Moscow became a moment of unity, where borders between countries were erased. Representatives of different nations meet on the same stage, united by a common culture and love for spring. The holiday provides an opportunity to ground yourself and simply breathe out.

Ultimately, BAZM created not just a concert venue, but a place of power where they come for inspiration for the whole next year. After all, a house is not only walls, it is people who sing the same songs with you.
