The branch of Innovative Road Solutions LTD (IRS) in Tajikistan invites interested suppliers to participate in the tender
Subject of the tender: purchase of paint for road markings, reflective glass beads and solvent.
The procurement method is closed competition.
The participant’s proposal must be provided in PDF format and sent by email: (email protected), (email protected)in the subject of the message you must indicate the subject of the tender.
Or signed and delivered to the address: Dushanbe, st. Z. Nozima, 4. The name of the organization and contact information of the competition participant must be indicated on the envelope.
The bidder’s proposal must be accompanied by relevant information for each item being evaluated.
Qualification requirements for a supplier of services, goods and works:
– must be an individual entrepreneur or legal entity;
– must have at least five years of work experience;
– must provide services on condition of non-cash post-payment;
– must provide the appropriate certificates for goods that are required by law.
A commercial proposal with a price and delivery schedule must be submitted before 05/06/2026 along with the required documents to the address: 734002, Tajikistan, Dushanbe, st. Z. Nozima, 4.
The bidder’s proposal must be printed or written in indelible ink and signed by an authorized person (if signed by an authorized representative, a duly executed and valid power of attorney is required). Unsigned Bid Forms will not be considered.
The Bid must be submitted in accordance with the following instructions and in accordance with the attached Bid Form.
To participate in the competition, the participant must provide the following documents:
– certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur (if individual entrepreneur) or legal entity
— bank details;
— technical specifications (Appendix No. 1);
— certificates for goods that are required by law;
— Bid form (Appendix No. 2);
— a valid power of attorney for signing competition (tender) documents, if the competition documents were NOT signed by the head of the company. If the documents are signed by an authorized director of the competition participant, a power of attorney is not required.
