Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, met with Mr. Jean-Noel Barrot, Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the friendly French Republic, as part of his participation in the “Choose France” conference in the French capital, Paris.
During the meeting, the Minister of Finance and National Economy affirmed the progress and development of Bahraini-French relations at all levels, thanks to the distinguished partnership on which they are based, which always enjoys the support and attention of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the country, and His Excellency President Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, indicating the Kingdom of Bahrain’s keenness to continue creating more future opportunities that contribute to strengthening the paths of bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries, in order to achieve common goals and aspirations.
During the meeting, the paths of joint cooperation between the two friendly countries were reviewed, and ways to enhance them were discussed, in addition to discussing a number of topics of common interest, and the latest developments on the regional and international arenas.
