    The statement of Commander Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi on the occasion of the new Hijri year 1448 AH represented an important milestone for recalling lessons and lessons from the noble Prophet’s migration, and linking them to the reality of the Islamic nation and the challenges it faces at the current stage.

    At the beginning of his statement, Mr. Leader congratulated the Yemeni people and the Islamic nation on the occasion, asking God Almighty to make the new year a year of goodness, victory and blessings, stressing that the beginning of the Hijri year represents an opportunity to review priorities, invest time, and assume responsibilities in a manner consistent with Islamic values ​​and the teachings of the true religion.

    The Prophet’s migration…a school for change and advancement

    Mr. Leader explained that the Prophet’s migration is not only a historical event, but rather an integrated school in making transformation and change, pointing out that the transfer of the Great Messenger Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, to Medina established the foundations for the establishment of the Islamic nation and the building of the state that carried the message of Islam to the world.

    The statement addressed the two models presented by Islamic history in the pre- and post-Hijra stages, reviewing the reality of the Mecca society, which stood in the face of the Islamic message and was linked to the leaders of pre-Islamic times and tyranny, as opposed to the Ansar community in Medina, which embraced the message and the victory of the Prophet, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, and thus deserved the honor of victory and success.

    Yemen and the continued role of the Ansar

    Mr. Leader affirmed that the Yemeni people, whom the Great Prophet, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, described as “the Yemen of faith and wisdom,” deserve to continue carrying the banner of Islam and consolidating the values ​​of faith, giving, and altruism that distinguished the first supporters.

    He pointed out that the nation today faces the ignorant era led by “America and Israel,” pointing out that the crimes committed against the Palestinian people and Islamic peoples revealed the reality of the aggressive policies that target the nation, its sanctities, and its identity.

    Emphasize the resistance option

    Mr. Commander reaffirmed the stability of the position towards the Palestinian issue and confronting the Zionist project, stressing the importance of cooperation and coordination between the forces and axis of jihad and resistance, and affirming adherence to the principle of “unity of the arenas” in facing common challenges.

    He also called for serious work to achieve a comprehensive Islamic renaissance based on adherence to the Holy Qur’an, following the example of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, and adopting the means of strength and civilizational building.

    Congratulations to Iran and preparation for confrontation

    In the context of his speech, Mr. Leader congratulated the leadership and people of the Islamic Republic of Iran, considering that what was achieved for it in the face of the United States and the enemy entity represented an important victory.

    At the same time, he stressed the continued readiness to confront any developments or escalation that might target the region or any arena of the axis of resistance, calling for strengthening cooperation among the peoples of the nation to confront common dangers.

    Strengthening the front and ending the occupation

    At the national level, Mr. Leader stressed the importance of unifying official and popular efforts to confront the challenges imposed by the American-Saudi aggression and the resulting occupation, blockade, economic targeting, and plunder of national wealth.

    He stressed that the stage requires more steadfastness, cohesion and work to end the occupation and siege and restore the country’s capabilities, in a way that achieves for the Yemeni people complete independence, freedom and dignity, and opens the way to building a national renaissance based on faith identity and national sovereignty.

    New Year messages

    The Commander’s statement on the occasion of the new Hijri year carried many faith-based, political and patriotic messages, focusing on the importance of drawing inspiration from the lessons of the Prophet’s migration in facing the current challenges, enhancing confidence in God and steadfastness in principles.

    The statement stressed that the nation today needs more awareness, cohesion, and strength, in addition to continuing to support its major issues, most notably the Palestinian issue, and steadfastness in the option of resistance in the face of projects of hegemony and arrogance.

    The statement also reflected an integrated vision linking the values ​​of the Prophet’s migration to the requirements of the current stage, calling for building an Islamic and national renaissance based on faith, steadfastness and independence, in a way that enhances the nation’s ability to face challenges and shape its future with confidence and ability.
