    “Eskhata”: We make mortgages more accessible and understandable

    The real estate market continues to evolve, and the cost of rental housing remains a significant expense for many families. Under these conditions, a mortgage becomes not just a credit product, but an instrument of long-term financial stability and confidence in the future.

    Eskhata Bank offers mortgages with transparent conditions, an understandable application process and flexible options for clients.

    Mortgage from Eskhata Bank – simple and affordable conditions that make purchasing a home feasible for families living in Tajikistan.

    Key mortgage terms:

    up to 500,000 somoni;

    loan term – up to 120 months;

    rate – 22% per annum;

    down payment 30% of the cost of purchased housing;

    minimum package of documents;

    the ability to use the purchased property as collateral.

    The bank’s conditions allow us to reduce the financial burden and make monthly payments more comfortable for the family budget.

    Minimum bureaucracy – maximum convenience

    One of the main barriers to obtaining a mortgage has traditionally been the complexity of the process. Eskhata Bank focused on simplifying the registration procedure.

    To submit an application, the client requires a minimum package of documents, and the review process is organized in such a way as to reduce waiting time and make interaction with the bank as convenient as possible.

    Flexible solutions for different families

    “Eskhata offers clients several security options:

    — pledge of purchased real estate;

    — use of existing real estate when purchasing apartments in a new building.

    This gives clients more flexibility and expands the possibilities of obtaining a mortgage even with limited initial capital.

    “Eskhata” and the development of affordable mortgages

    “Eskhata Bank is trying to make every effort to expand the population’s access to modern financial instruments and continues to develop solutions focused on the real needs of clients.

    The development of the mortgage business is part of the bank’s broader strategy aimed at supporting families, improving the quality of life of the population and expanding access to financial services throughout the country.

    “Our goal is to make the path to your own home as clear and accessible as possible. We understand that housing is the basis for the stability of every family, therefore we strive to offer clients convenient solutions. Every client payment is an investment in their own future,” the bank notes.

    Today, mortgages are no longer a complex and inaccessible financial instrument. Thanks to a modern approach, transparent conditions and customer focus, Eskhata Bank makes the path to their own home more clear and realistic for thousands of families across the country.
