    — It is important that children learn from school to take care of nature and value work. It is necessary to more actively involve schoolchildren and students in participation in environmental campaigns. I instruct the Ministry of Education to develop and adopt the project “Zhasyl Sabaktar” (“Green Lessons”). It is in educational institutions that the principles of reasonable consumption of natural resources and environmental protection should be instilled. It is also necessary to fully support environmental projects and scientific research of schoolchildren and students. “Taza Kazakhstan” needs to be raised to the level of a national idea, which is designed to qualitatively transform society. To deeply root this idea in the consciousness of citizens, the potential of the cultural sphere, especially the creative industry, should be fully utilized. The values of hard work, diligence, fairness and creativity should be promoted through films and TV series. In this work, it is necessary to effectively use the capabilities of the media and social networks,” said Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

The President emphasized that large-scale reforms are now being implemented in the country.

    — At the republican referendum held in March, a new Constitution was adopted. Thus, we opened a new page in the history of Kazakhstan. Our main goal is to build a safe and fair society, in which the principle of “Law and Order” is at the forefront. We must leave you – the young generation – a progressive, authoritative and prosperous state. This path requires tireless efforts from us. Love for the Fatherland begins with simple actions. By planting trees and maintaining cleanliness around you, you can benefit the country and serve the benefit of the people. I highly appreciate the enormous contribution of youth and volunteers to the development of the country. I am sure your honest work deserves special respect. Cleanliness is, first of all, an indicator of internal culture. A person with pure thoughts and intentions is not capable of causing harm to others, he will never betray his homeland. Such a person also demonstrates high legal culture and discipline. He is distinguished by care and respect for loved ones. It is these people who lead the country to progress and contribute to improving the quality of life of the people. For me, each of you is an example of such an attitude. I wish you success! — summed up the Head of State.
