Two weeks before the first contracts expired, the tenants of Rua Garcia de Orta, in Vila Nova de Gaia, who are at risk of becoming homeless received the first signal from the council: the municipality announced that it would create a team to accompany the residents and find, “as far as possible, a solution for these 10 families”.
