The Training Department of the Human Resources Department of the Islamic Center Charitable Society organized a training program on “Innovation and Job Creativity.” For the association’s employees from various centers and departments spread throughout all regions of the Kingdom.
She explained that the training program included consolidating the idea of creativity and the foundations of sound functional thinking, leading to the stage of innovation in effective methods, procedures and proposals in the fields of management, technology, communication, marketing, follow-up and evaluation. In order to ensure that beneficiaries are served professionally, professionally and humanely.
She pointed out that intellectual capital is considered the foundation and basic building block for the development of nations and societies, which is essentially based on creating knowledge in all its forms and fields. To contribute to achieving sustainable development and serving humanity.
For his part, the training supervisor, Muslim Al-Birqdar, said that this program comes in the context of the directives of the association’s temporary administrative body. To develop career work, train employees, and open the door to career creativity and positive critical thinking, which ends the state of stagnation in institutions, and renews the blood in them through the creativity of its cadres.
A number of male and female trainees pointed out the importance of the program and its impact on their skills, in terms of acquiring new information related to ways of thinking, research methods and procedures for submitting effective proposals in a professional manner, and the impact of this on their daily job work.
It is noteworthy that this program comes in the context of training the association’s employees, informing them of the latest developments in administrative and financial knowledge, improving their skills, and refining their job experience so that they perform at a distinguished level in serving the charitable work led by the association.
