“According to the code, my illness is included in the list of diseases officially published by the Government, on the basis of which it is possible to stop accumulation in the II pension tier. I tried to submit a request to stop accumulation due to illness in the bank’s app and I was unpleasantly surprised. The bank rejected my request. The answer was as follows – there is no data about my illness and health data in any state registers,” said Romualdas.
He said that he opened the description of diseases again and checked it – his disease code really fell on him. A diagnosis of malignant tumor is recorded in the health history.
“I found an attachment in brackets – it is necessary that an intervention was carried out within the last 12 months. Since I had to go to the Santara Clinic for an operation in a few days, I did not do anything at that time, I thought that maybe that is why the bank rejected my request that there were no interventions.”
A month has passed since the operation, but my situation has not changed. The bank continued to reject the requests. After contacting the bank consultant, I received an offer to contact “Sodra”, because they forward the requests to “Sodra”, which either approves or rejects the requests. “I show a printed document from the same e-health with a code, with the name of the operation, but the answer is the same. We do not process and do not accept any documents – they must be visible in the electronic data system. This must be done by the family doctor. I go to the polyclinic. The family doctor opens the e-health portal and shows the same thing that I see when I log in to the e-health self-service. The entire medical history is there, all the codes are visible, the description of the operation too There are even medicines to buy in pharmacies. She doesn’t understand what else needs to be raised, if everything has already been caused,” Romualdas didn’t know where to turn.
