The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, supervised, today, Saturday, at the People’s Palace, the annual ceremony for awarding ranks and awarding medals to a number of brigadier generals, high-ranking officers and civilian employees in the National People’s Army.
The President of the Republic had arrived earlier this morning, Saturday, at the People’s Palace, where he was received by the Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defence, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, Lieutenant General Saïd Chengriha.
The President of the Republic listened to the national anthem before reviewing formations from various forces of the People’s National Army who gave him an honorable salute, after which he shook hands with the high officials of the military establishment who were receiving him.
