Algeria, June 23, 2026 (SPS) – The Sahrawi Republic, in Algiers, participates in the activities of the economic demonstration in its 57th edition of the Algiers International Fair. Held under the slogan “Confidence and Stability for Sustainable Growth,” the Sahrawi Republic participates, through the Central Directorate of Traditional Industry of the Ministry of Economic Development, in a diverse exhibition of various traditional industries.
The Algerian President, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, supervised the opening of this important economic event. The inauguration ceremony was also attended by the member of the National Secretariat, Khatri Adoh, our country’s ambassador to Algeria, along with members of the diplomatic corps accredited to Algeria. The exhibition is known for the wide participation of many economic actors and Algerian and foreign institutions.
This event also constitutes an important platform for establishing partnerships in many economic fields, commercial cooperation and attracting investment. This is in line with the development and progress that Algeria is witnessing in various sectors and economic relations with many countries and international institutions.
The Sahrawi delegation is headed by the Central Director of Traditional Crafts at the Ministry of Economic Development, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Salem Ahmed Lakhlifa. (SPS)
