The administration of Princess Basma Teaching Hospital announced, through its official page, the launch of a package of development initiatives aimed at involving citizens and working personnel in improving the level of health care and medical services provided.
The hospital administration called on citizens and service recipients to interact and participate in filling out an electronic form dedicated to evaluating their experiences within the hospital, stressing that the opinions and comments of visitors are an essential foundation for improving services, improving performance efficiency, and meeting the aspirations of those who visit the hospital.
The hospital announced the launch of the “Best Innovative Idea Award” directed to its staff. This step comes out of belief in the importance of innovation in modernizing the health sector, and in an effort to support the creative ideas possessed by medical and administrative competencies, ensuring the building of a work environment that encourages excellence and making a difference in the level of care provided.
