    Students who did not enroll in secondary education in the first June period from the academic year 2026/2027 will be able to apply at the second registration this month – on Tuesday, June 23. The application is electronic, after which the next day, June 24, the necessary documentation will be delivered to the schools.

    According to the deadlines of the Ministry of Education Competition, a ranking list with enrollment results should be published on June 25 by 12:00 in a public place in the school and/or on the school’s website.

    In accordance with the competition, it is planned to organize a qualification test in the schools where there are a large number of students with the same points on the ranking list. For the second registration, it will be organized on June 29, and the final ranking lists with the results will be published on the same day of the testing, on the school’s bulletin board and/or on the school’s website.

    As previously informed by the Ministry of Education and Science (MES), for the second June application for enrollment, there are vacancies for 11,882 students, of which 7,404 are for teaching in the Macedonian language, 4,002 vacancies for teaching in the Albanian language, 456 for Turkish and 20 for teaching in the Serbian language.

    According to the data of the Ministry of Education and Culture, 15,075 students registered for the first enrollment in secondary schools, conducted through electronic application from June 12 to 15 and with the submission of the necessary documentation on June 16 and June 17, of which 13,397 students were enrolled.

    Of the total number of students enrolled, 9,813 students are enrolled for teaching in the Macedonian language, 3,357 students for teaching in the Albanian language, 213 for teaching in Turkish and 14 students for teaching in the Serbian language.

    According to the type of education, in the first registration, 3,010 students were enrolled in high school education for teaching in the Macedonian language, 1,165 students in high school education for teaching in the Albanian language, 89 students in high school education for teaching in Turkish and 14 students in high school education for teaching in the Serbian language.

    At the first registration in June, 6,653 students were enrolled in vocational education for teaching the Macedonian language, 2,133 students for the Albanian language, and 124 students for the teaching of the Turkish language.

    One hundred and fifty students enrolled in art education (musical art) for teaching in the Macedonian language, 59 students in art education (musical art) for teaching in the Albanian language. Fine art in art education is in the process of selection.

    Qualification testing of the first registration in June is required in the health and social protection sector, for the qualification of pharmaceutical technician in the Albanian teaching language at the secondary medical school “Dr. Pance Karagjozov” in Skopje. Tomorrow, June 22, the students will take a qualifying exam in biology and chemistry at the school, in accordance with the curriculum in biology and chemistry from the eighth and ninth grades.

    In some schools, there are no vacancies left after the first registration. The Ministry of Education announced that the competition for enrolling students in high school education in the Macedonian teaching language has been completed in the high school “Josip Broz Tito” – Bitola, in the high schools “Georgi Dimitrov”, “Rade Jovchevski Korchagin” and “Nikola Karev” in Skopje, and in the high schools “Metodi Mitevski Brico” – Delchevo, Naum Naumovski Borce” – Probishtip and “Metodi Mitevski Brico” – Skopje.

    The Ministry of Education and Culture also published information about vocational schools, that is, sectors/qualifications where the competition is over and they will not accept applications for the second registration in June.
