Last week, the competition for director of the Sibenik Theater was canceled for the second time. Namely, there was an omission in the tender procedure. Or, as the mayor’s office would put it:
“Subsequent inspection of the documentation of the conducted tender process found that the text of the Tender for the appointment of the director of the Croatian National Theater in Šibenik did not contain a notification to the candidates about the right to priority in employment under equal conditions in accordance with the Act on Croatian Veterans of the Homeland War and their family members and other advantages of candidates under special regulations.”
