“What you said killed me!”- The resident of Zvrnec addresses Rama: I have been fighting for 35 years, you said that that property was inherited from my father!

Prime Minister Rama had a meeting with the residents of Zvërnec in Vlora, regarding the investment that is being opposed with protests in Tirana.

Rama gets irritated and admits to the residents of Zvrnec: Their property has been robbed, this is the problem! Citizen: There is no state, how did the investor buy it when I’m on trial!

One of the residents complained to the Prime Minister that it has been 35 years in the courts for the physical return of the property. He claims that he has ownership rights over the land where the investment is said to be made.

“I had a personal remark for you. Our case is still being tried, I am in court the day after tomorrow for the physical return of the property. You saw a week ago that property is inherited bull daddy bull, it killed me. It seemed like what do I expect from the court now,” the citizen emphasized.

    comeback

Citizen: My name is Gentian Moçka, I am a doctor from the Moçka family in Novoselë, one of the members, claimants of the property where the fence is placed. There has been a lot of talk, as you said, everyone has talked except us. I had a personal remark for you.
Our case is still being tried, I am in court the day after tomorrow for the physical return of the property. You saw a week ago that property is inherited bull daddy bull, it killed me. It seemed like what do I expect from the court now.
I have a right to that property or not, the court will decide. 35 years have passed away, 25 years my father fought him until he died. We have not spoken, the fact that we have not killed does not mean that we are not interviewed and do not have a voice. I felt attacked and affected by some of your statements. You said that “this land is inherited bull father bull”.

While Prime Minister Rama replied that ownership issues are resolved by the court and not him. Thus, he adds that the agreement with the private property there is settled by the owner and the investor and not by him as prime minister, while for the island of Sazan, yes, the government has taken over.

Rama: They do not say in vain that there are no bones, but bones are broken. I am very careful with words. The property is back den baba den. It has not been returned by this government. Are there wrong or unfair returns? Probably full. But this is not decided by me, not by the government. I don’t put the mortgage. Notaries do not decide this. This is decided only by the court. I do not represent the owners. FYI I have not met any of the rumored owners. None. I have no idea what deal the investors made with the owners.

Private matters. When the president’s family’s interest in Albania came out, I said that Sazani is a matter of the Albanian government, about the agreement and how the agreement will be reached, the part in front of Sazani is a private matter. Private owners. Private owners deal privately. It is decided by the owners, not by the governments or the protesters. The rest as follows. When the relevant agency that deals with the permits, or with the master plan, when it receives an expression of interest, it asks for the mortgage. Do you have a mortgage or not? With the owners listed in the mortgage. There are applicants who do not have mortgaged properties.

The activity of the agency is based on what is presented and what is verified in the mortgage. As long as the land is bought by the investors, it is the investors’ land. Does the rest belong to the owner or not? There are some sales. For one entity out of several that have sold the property, there has been an investigation into the entity for some time. And for this reason, the fund that the investors paid has been blocked. But the transaction happened. The fund is blocked. Which means in this case, the fact that there was an investigation can be positive for anyone who can win the property through the court.

The investigation is not carried out for the company, the investment, the project. The investigation is in process for an individual, subject who sold the property, therefore after receiving all the data from our money laundering control agency, which has done all the verifications, SPAK released the transaction, took it to the relevant notary’s account. The notary’s account is blocked. And in the specific case, if in this process you will receive from the court that you are the legitimate owner, heir, you will have access to that fund and you will receive the money.
