As reported “Armenpress”citing the Yerevan Municipality, if the project is planned to be implemented on an apartment building, it is also necessary to present the agreement or permission signed by the owner of the building, the president of the condominium or the residents of the given building.
“In the case of NOACs and buildings or premises of NOACs, the written consent of the founder is required. Murals or graffiti executed without appropriate permits are subject to cleaning by the implementer, administrative district or condominium.
If the implementer objects to the cleanup request, the issue can be resolved in a court of law by determining the obligation to compensate for the damage caused or to clean up the mural/graffiti that has been carried out,” the statement said.
