As part of the inspection carried out by the food safety inspection body in the cheese workshop belonging to “Mikaelyanneri family farm” SP company (Gegharkunik marz, Gavar city), samples of the available products were submitted for laboratory examination. According to the results of the research, it was found that dangerous food is produced.
Thus, the sample of Cheese “Aroma del Vino” submitted for examination did not comply with the norms defined by the technical regulations of the Customs Union with the indicator of “bacteria of the group of enteric fungi” (ACP).
According to the decision of the head of the inspection body, the separate function of the production activity of that cheese workshop, the production of Cheese “Aroma del Vino” was suspended.
The management of the company was instructed to take necessary measures to make the specified product conform to the established norms.
A deadline for eliminating the detected violations has been set.
