Integration of young people: In partnership with the Oum Keltoum Foundation, Passerelle EEP Maroc is inaugurating a new center in Sidi Moumen.
This new establishment reflects a clear ambition, that of deploying professional integration systems for young graduates and high-impact job seekers, as close as possible to the realities of the regions.
Passerelle EEP Maroc continues its territorial deployment and announces the opening of a center in Sidi Moumen. It is indeed a territory with strong human potential and strong inclusion challenges. Supported by the Défi Jeunes du Maroc Association and located in the heart of the Oum Keltoum Foundation social center, this structure constitutes a new milestone in the professional integration of young graduates and job seekers. It thus strengthens a structured network serving young graduates and job seekers. The ambition is to create a national network of educational training centers, capable of responding in a concrete way to the employability challenges of young people, in line with market needs and territorial dynamics.
“By establishing ourselves in Sidi Moumen alongside the Oum Keltoum Foundation, we are realizing our ambition to deploy Passerelle EEP as close as possible to the areas that need it most. This new center illustrates our conviction: the professional integration of young graduates requires strong local roots and trusted partnerships, the only guarantees of our integration rate of more than 90%,” indicates Amal Cherif Haouat, president of the Défi Jeunes du Maroc Association and founder of Passerelle EEP Maroc. As part of this partnership, the Oum Keltoum Foundation asserts itself as a structuring partner, providing a decisive lever for territorial anchoring and local impact. Drawing on its field expertise and its proximity to the public, the Foundation plays a key role in identifying, mobilizing and supporting beneficiaries, while guaranteeing the alignment of the system with the socio-economic realities of the region. “This partnership with Défi Jeunes Maroc is a concrete opportunity to transform the potential of our territory into lasting professional success,” assures Mohamed Berrada, president of the Oum Keltoum Foundation.
And to add: “By welcoming Passerelle EEP within the social center of the Oum Keltoum Foundation in Sidi Moumen, the latter reaffirms its commitment to strengthening its activities in education and health from nursery to preschool, without forgetting the start of the new Neet youth section, by completing its social measures, by the integration of young graduates and job seekers.” By making its ecosystem available, in particular the Social Center of the Oum Keltoum complex, the Foundation contributes to creating the conditions for efficient, inclusive and sustainable deployment, serving concrete and measurable professional integration. Remember that Passerelle EEP Maroc was launched in 2024 with the support of public, private and international institutional partners. With an integration rate greater than 90%, the initiative stands out as a model in terms of professional immersion. No less than 120 young people have been trained across six promotions, 100 of whom have already found employment (CDD, CDI or pre-employment internship). Figures which confirm the relevance of a system based on learning in real conditions and the rapid activation of employability.
