Trainings, professional guidance and organized competition are part of the environment in which young people develop their skills.
The team is connected to the environment from which one of the most successful cyclists of modern times comes, who took his first steps in the KD Rog club. This experience influenced the creation of a model that enables young people to follow a similar path – from the first competitions to more demanding races. Here, not only sports results are important, they place a great deal of emphasis on the development of discipline, perseverance and understanding the process that leads to progress. This way of working and thinking is comparable to working in professional industries, where progress is the result of gradual learning and experience.
