In approximately eight months, the Chongón parish will have its first shopping center, La Estación 1 – Sucre Pérez Baquerizo, whose construction is in charge of Elot Construcciones and is promoted by Corporación Guayaquil, a subsidiary of Ambiensa.
The first stone was laid for the first shopping center for Chongón that will open in December 2026
Alfredo Nuques, general manager of Corporación Guayaquil, assured that at the moment they already have 40 brands that will be in this new shopping center, among which are gastronomic options, services, financial entities and health care. Among the firms are:
