According to the city police department, the accident occurred today at about 12:00 in the Auezovsky district. The driver of bus route No. 15, traveling north along Suleimenov Street, collided with bus route No. 66 at the intersection with Zhandosov Street.
As the police clarified, the second bus at that moment was making a left turn onto Zhandosov Street and stopped, allowing pedestrians to pass. As a result of the collision, several passengers sought medical attention.
Currently, employees of the Auezov district police department are establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
