“Dialog.UA” writes that US President Donald Trump apparently had a conversation with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, about which neither the White House nor the Kremlin were informed. The host of the “Fox News” program, while discussing with Trump the solution to Russia’s war against Ukraine, asked when he last spoke with Putin. The American leader said he had spoken, but did not elaborate.
“I don’t want to reveal it, but I talked to him. And I talked to President Zelensky. And those are good conversations,” the head of the Oval Office said. Trump again pointed to the “hatred between Putin and Zelensky” and called it “absurd”.
“Hate is bad. It’s bad if you try to fix something,” the American president added. At the same time, Trump is confident that the war in Ukraine will eventually end.
“It will happen,” the current president of the White House emphasized, recalling that he has managed to stop several other military conflicts, especially the one between India and Pakistan, which he said could have escalated into a nuclear war.
